Two daughters back in Bromley mother – Aftonbladet

Two of the daughters, who were suspected to have been incarcerated has moved back to his mother, writes DN.

However, the youngest daughter not returned.

On Friday claimed the 59-year-old mother arrested for suspicion that she kept their daughters locked up.

But the district court decided that she would not be arrested – and she was released instead on the loose.

Now, the oldest and the second oldest of the two daughters returned to the mother in Bromley where they have resided Dagens Nyheter.

It’s the 59-year-old mother’s lawyer, Thomas Ljungdahl who report that two of the three children are now with their mother.

– The youngest daughter is not there yet. I do not know where she is, says Ljungdahl DN.

It is the youngest daughter who is reported to be plaintiffs in the case concerning unlawful detention.



Should take decisions

The suspicion still remains at the woman, despite the fact that the district court did not ask her custody, prosecutors Pär Andersson pointed out.

He is a man of few words on the action taken in the matter since the district court released the 59-year-old free, but you look whether it is possible to find an alternative classification of the possible offense.

He also says he is not very likely that party to challenge the failure to arrest to the court of appeal.

– We have kept any questioning, then I will this weekend take decisions about the investigation should continue or be closed down, so you will come back soon, says Pär Andersson told Aftonbladet.

The father of the two youngest daughters have previously stated that he looked after them since the late 90s. When Aftonbladet spoke with him on Monday, he had not been in contact with his daughters.

– Not now, just takes a little care. But I do not want to talk about this right now.
