The 36-year-old man was knocked to the ground before the offenders gave up on him with an ax.

– One person is in police custody, on probable cause suspected of murder, says Ewa-Gun Westford at Skåne police.
It was at half past four o’clock yesterday afternoon a brawl broke out in central Skurup. Several persons were and several of them had weapons.
– What I did see seemed like metal sticks and I’m 99 percent sure I saw an ax, told a witness for Aftonbladet.
“We shouted stop”

– We screamed stop, stop, but they did not care, they just continued, says another witness.
